G-Force Gold Stopped Working (New Member)

I have done that twice and have received no support ticket number. I have checked my SPAM box and their is nothing from Sound spectrum. I have not had a problem going that route before.
On another note, my V-Bar is not working either regardless of using WMP or WMC. A white empty box appears. I can right click to close it though.

If you clicked on the link I gave you, entered your details then clicked submit you would have received an automated email within a couple of minuets. Are you sure you entered your email address correct, and the email address you registered with?

Look in your mail box now.

I hear ya! I am thinking it has something to do with the 64bit OS. WMC is likely using 32bit. I just don't understand why after using it for a month it decides to take a dump. I have not even been messing with the computer. LOL
