Am I crazy or didn't someone try/succeed to port version 1.1.6 or thereabouts to it?
I recently did a Google search for G-Force WaveShapes and something like this came up.

you are correct, i have seen this around. of course, it is a very old version of g-force. i am hoping for a new version ported to linux. it doesnt need to be open source, but it does need to work! g-force is the best, and nothing linux has can even come close to it. i'm just hoping one day my purchase of gold will get me a linux version.

I recently switched to Linux and I miss my G-force already. There is a version of Gforce that comes as a plugin for XMMS, but it is version 1.1.6.

What about a newer version?? :(

You are correct in a close source port to *nux, but developers that are willing to be part of a project like that don't grow on trees. If anyone knows of any qualified individuals willing to be hired for such a task, I'd be more than willing to look at their resume.

I switched over to Linux about 2 years ago and g-force is the only thing I miss. I just dropped in hoping that there was a port available, but sadly naught (sigh)
