Trialpay and support issues

On Saturday I completed a trialpay offer for the platinum g-force. The order number is JGR7GV2G. I raised a support ticket on Monday uk time number 59996 on the basis it woulkd be dealt with within the 24-48 hour period as advertised on the site. It has not and I am still waiting for completion and the license/download info. not impressed please help

I hate to say it but there's been a lag in the support noticed by many a forum member. If they have received your payment then an email should have been sent to you with your license code.

I think Frank will have to take a look at this. He works for SS.
