cant get a response from soundspectrum

Ive had a ticket going for 3 weeks now.
Now Im ready to buy a pro version, but I cant get a response .
Its been 10 days and no answer.
If these guys are serious about licensing the product they should answer .

I cannot say for sure but maybe they went on vacation I dont know, this forum is not really monitored by soundspectrum as often as GF custmomers would like myself included so this forum is not really a support forum its just a forum where you might resolve some probs but we are not connected to those who run SS who knows maybe Anton will check in and read this.


If I were you I would open another ticket and include the details of the first ticket and make sure you let them know you are not happy about having to wait three weeks for a response .

well if you havent purchased GF yet there may not be a record of you and as far as I know, yes ! they are for real. In the past Andy has gone out of his way to make sure my experience with GF was satisfactory.
