Hi There,

Just purchased Aeon gold and on certain scenes I get a green line that sits on the left side of my screen. It also seems to interact with certain effects and appears and disappears and moves up and down the screen. I tried switching to OpenGl and that seemed to make it disappear but obviously running windows that option isn't the best idea and causes certain scenes to lag. I'm pretty confident it isn't a hardware issue but here are my specs anyway

Intel Core i7 6700HQ @ 2.60GHz
16GB Ram
3072MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M

You should not have a problem with those specs. First I suggest uninstalling Aeon then search for any SoundSpectrum related folders/files and delete any referring to Aeon. Then download a fresh copy of Aeon, install and run as on the odd occasion the download has been known to be corrupt. If the problem persists then click on the link below to open a support ticket.
