I am trying to install Aeon Platinum to run on JRiver Media Center 19. When installing, I cannot select JRMC from the list of supported players. Thanks for your help

For this I feel you need to open a support ticket

click the link, check the support button (in the middle) and fill out the rest. Tell them exactly whats wrong and what type of computer you have.

I've had no problems with MC 19 but be sure J.River is closed when you go to install it.

That is good advice, and applies to which ever media player you are using.
