Hi all, noob.

First, i love Aeon - it rocks !

Silly question, how come there is no Classic Rainbow Color map available?

For example, most of the Maps are sort of Earth tones or Pastels or metalic styles. How about a simple, rich rainbow (ROY G BIV). The "Primary" map is close , but still kinda off .

Here's an example of the colors:

Can i make one (custom color map) simply, or does it require Python skills (i dont have) ?

maybe if you ask nicely our fine administrator BTT will create it for you!

Above is my symbolic attempt at asking nice as recommended.


If any said (BTT) awesome Administrator were to assist, i will send awesome vibes to them (really) !!!

This would assist an experimental meditation based on rotating mandalic shapes and colors.

If not to much, a straight Black and White Map would also be very helpful.

If anyone is interested, i can share some info on this, it is related to Brain Wave Entrainment via Light vs. Sound.

Thought 242 ColorMaps would keep you quiet for a while. If you don't find what you want I am in the middle (almost) of creating another hundred ColorMaps. They have to be submitted to SoundSpectrum first so it's going to be some three to six months before they are released. Send me some of those good vibes.

While i didnt find it in that batch , there were many that are very nice (some remind me of the Pastel Rainbows of blown glass).

Is there not basic a way to edit them via the "Custom" and Edit sections in Color Maps or is that a portal for script work?

Its very basic R.O.Y. G. B.I.V. but somewhat rich in depth.
