I in the capacity of moderator along with Andy and the others assigned the task quickly dispose of anything like this.
99% of the stuff is already gotten rid of before the first casual poster sees it anyway.

I can remove the posts, but I cannot ban/block this person. Only the admin. can do that.
The spammer in question has been doing this every night.

She, or it posts every night. (between about 9pm and 3am CDT) And the postings is at random times. About Golf equipment. And it can be several postings in one night. It just litters the forum. There is also another spammer who so far posted once.

I don't mind removing the posts, but it would be easier if we could just block these spammers, whether it's a person or a bot. (I think they are bots)

If the admin of this forum does not step in, this forum will be nothing but spam posts.

I mod 2 other forums, but in those forums I have the power to ban, and in one, I can remove accounts and block usernames.

Hello markofkane

I tried to visit your web site today but received this message "Sorry the page your looking for cannot be found", then I was redirected to Homestead where a guy started his sales pitch. Obviously a little problem somewhere which I thought you would like to know about.

Keep deleting those unwanted posts.

oops, I forgot to update my URL.

I am not using Homestead for my webpage at the moment.

But if you go to markofkane.com, that is my main site now.
