Presets dont save presets ?

To start, Aeon is a wonderful piece of work. And as a bonus we can use phyton for scripting.

There is one problem that is real annoying, it seems like that the presets are not saved correctly. Example: I choose the start colormap and 1 color in the manage colormaps, and the same for the Scenes. After saving this to preset 1 i choose manually different colors and another Scene, the old settings are deselected, and save this to preset 2.

If I recall preset 1 it just adds the preset 1 settings to the current settings.

Another question, is it possible to save the output of the screen directly to the HD as a avi file ?

Presets are used to save the currently running ColorMap and Scene - Manage ColorMaps / Scenes is not preset-specific.

Not directly through Aeon - there are several recording programs out there (Fraps is a good one) that can do this.
