Blank Screenshots

Bought Whitecap for my new MacBook pro 17" 2.5GHz and lately when taking screenshots of visualizer have been getting a fair number of blanks (black panels....no image captured.
OS10.5.4
ACTUALLY, I am now getting absolutely NO WC screenshots whatsoever off either the visualizer or the standalone, blanks only.
