Interesting... I deleted the folder as you suggested, then re-ran Whitecap. It reported the same error. Whitecap 5.0.1 not working with JRiver Media Center 12
Whoops...just read about this is in the bug forum...seems like other people have issues with the free trial version as well... Subject says it all. Running version 12.0.334 of JR Media Center. Select Whitecap as my visualisation. Get the banner. Then a blank (black) window. That's not very exciting....
