Thanks for your help, everyone. The problem is now resolved for me, and I can now download the new Whitecap 6.8.2 upgrade.

I can confirm that I still cannot download a trial version, an upgrade, or file a support ticket. I keep getting the same error message as described earlier in this thread. Perhaps the server that does the product key lookup is failing.

I too have been unable to download updates or post support requests on the main website for the last couple of days. I get the message "An Error Occurred Errors have occurred in processing your request. The administrators have been contacted and will resolve the problem shortly." Y2K19 bug? ;)
