Yes, they work normally, until the "This is a trial version" message pops up. The programs WORKS, I just want all of the premium features to work and for that stupid message to go away.

Ok, I sent them an e-mail, like you suggested. And no, the standalone gives me the same message after about 30 seconds. Guess I just have to wait until they get back to me.

No. It doesn't say "This is a trial version" until I try to use the waveshapes or any of the other features. IDK why it still isn't working.

Actually, I AM running Windows XP SP3, I THOUGH it was SP 2, but it's actually 3. I am updated as much as possible and I've deleted the SoundSpectrum file from my program files and deleted G-Force and Softskies from my control panel, but was unable to do the same with Whitecap.

I'm running Windows XP SP2 and iTunes 4.7 and I've tried uninstalling and re-installing all of the programs and that didn't fix it either and I'm entering the correct serial #. IDK what else to do. Any advice?
