SoundSpectrum.com order and downloads on website are down
Desperately need to get SoundSpectrum website working before New Years.
Can't download, upgrade or even contact support. The firm doesn't work.
I upgrade every year so I just need an install for any year.

wired, you shouldn't be experiencing problems with accessing the SoundSpectrum website. However, I am assuming that you are actually either experiencing problems with your network connection, or, if already working, facing a "451 Unavailable for Legal Reasons" condition (that is, the website is inaccessible in your country). Oh, and BTT, remember one time that the site went down because of incoherent maintenance (it happened like around 2016)? If that were to happen again, then the situation wired is expecting could one time become true.
It is not working right for me either. If i put in my latest serial that expires august 2019 it says:
"An Error Occurred
Errors have occurred in processing your request.
The administrators have been contacted and will resolve the problem shortly." and then a bunch of gray space and then the form shows up again saying
"The code entered is not recognized as a valid license code."
If i try to retrieve my codes on the other page I get a similar error also.

Oooh, okay, looks like everyone else is experiencing the same issue as wired. This looks quite like a similar scenario.
SoundSpectrum may be too busy getting things together (i.e., they're probably still on vacation). It should be temporary, so probably in a week or two the situation should get eliminated. Of course, my Aeon license expired, and I do not wish to renew it. However, if I were to, and ran into the same scenario as you, this could be affecting other products rather than just G-Force itself.

As the Administrator I can confirm the whole SoundSpectrum website is up and running as per usual, I have just this very moment checked all sections of their website so I don't know why you guys are having problems. I have been in contact with SoundSpectrum who are investigating why some are experiencing problems.

I can confirm that I still cannot download a trial version, an upgrade, or file a support ticket. I keep getting the same error message as described earlier in this thread. Perhaps the server that does the product key lookup is failing.

It's even quite odd that more technical issues are arriving. The Forums got shut down for a short period of time. During this, I tried using the Contact Us page to ask the company what happened to the Forums. And indeed, when I tried submitting the ticket I ran into the same error page as coolmuse! So, yup, since this is winter break SoundSpectrum will probably still be asleep.
But of course, the Forums started back up again when I added HTTPS to the beginning of the URL (which gave me a "Your connection is not private" warning page) and switched back to HTTP.
