WhiteCap no longer works with iTunes 12.1 as it is not 64 bit compatible or something like that.
I've tried installing 32 bit iTunes but it doesn't let me unfortunately.
This effectively bricks WhiteCap for me and I'd imagine all other WhiteCap/GForce/etc... users who are out of the 1 year free update window.
I know this is in no way the developer's fault or intention however it really does leave a lot of users in a difficult spot. Forget about Soundspectrum software and accept the loss or pay up for another year of updates with no certainty that the software wont get bricked further down the line for some reason or another.
WhiteCap and the other visualisers are amazing peer-less software in my opinion, but I cannot see myself being a long term customer under these circumstances. I'd consider maybe paying $50 for a life time update of this software to give more protection from these incidents, but I will not be paying full price again for only 1 year of protection.
WhiteCap 32 bit / 64 bit
