Version 4.3.1 Doesn't Work Here

I attempted to installed version 4.3.1 but all I get when launching G-Force in iTunes is a black screen.
When I attempt to launch the stand alone I get this notice: "Failed to load G-Force.
The G-Force visual engine either failed to load or could not be found in the SoundsSpectrum support folder."
Same issue when trying to reinstall.
Mac OS 10.6.8.
