GForce Jazz DVD never has any updated versions.

Post by lion_myfoot »

Hi...
i am from India and am interested in the product : GForce - jazzdvd. I have a feq questions as below :

i have been following your product for quite sometime but i have not seen any updated versions of the DVD or an improvement in the quality of the graphics there in this DVD. Unlike the GForce software, the DVD never updates? Am i wrong?? If i am right, why dont Sound Spectrum team work on improving this product? Is it a dead product where you are just selling out the remaining DVD's?? Can i expect any updates to the DVD in the near future?

If i purchase, will i be then downloading the DVD? or will i receive a physical copy of the DVD delivered to my address? After downloading, I can burn it here as well. Would be much cheaper for me than paying almost $10 extra for shipping.

Will there be any discounts this December or so for this product??

Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

Our "Music In Motion: G-Force + Jazz" DVD is a product we created simply to show off what can be done with our G-Force visualizer software. And, for those without compatible computers or home theater possibilities, it can be a nice way to display our visuals on your TV. Though, since it is a DVD containing a digital video file, the visuals and sound will play the same each time. We may create and release another DVD pairing our visuals with a different kind of music sometime in the future, however I cannot give a specific timeframe on when a new product will be available.

Our DVD is shipped as a physical disc, so if you are in India then you must select and pay the international shipping rate listed on our order form.

Let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Regards,
