Wierd Anomalies

I've experienced a couple of anomalies several times with G-Force.
On a number of occasions I went to my iTunes menu to launch G-Force and G-Force was missing from my list of visualizers. So I had to reinstall G-Force.
A couple of times I attempted to launch G-Force and got a message on my screen telling me to reinstall G-Force because of an error 22.
Don't know if the problem lies within G-Force or iTunes or my OS. Anyone have a clue about what could be going on here?

in the past it was all itunes, It seems itunes is buggy when it comes to third party apps
