I just purchased Gold and while I wait for my echeck to go threw I downloaded the trial of 3.0, but I'm having trouble.
It says the the install was successfully completed,but as you can see by the pic below I keep getting this error.
I've uninstalled, reinstalled, redownloaded the exe and followed all the suggestions in trouble shooting and documentation and get the same error.
Version 2.8 was running fine before installing 3.0.
I would greatly appreciate any help anybody can give me and I'll be glad to provide any other info bout my comp that I can.
