G-Force Gold Error While Processing Cover Art. Error (-55101)
I get this error when running G-Force Gold with iTunes, what is needed to be done to prevent this error. I don't even care about cover art not to mention that I don't have any anyway.

Is it just in itunes you have the problem?
With GForce Gold you should have a standalone version or other media players (windows media player, winamp, etc)?

*sigh* cover art more trouble than it is worth.

Ya, going through over 5,000 songs and deleting cover art song by song is going to be a lot of fun!
Thanks!

Easy!! But backup in case something goes wrong:

(Make sure you have "search for hidden files enabled)

open search. Click "pictures, music or video"

check "pictures or photos"

click "used advanced search options"

Browse to the folder that has all of your music.

(Search for hidden files is checked)

Search.

Make sure all the files it finds is indeed pictures of album art, and not pictures you want to keep

Click (at the top of the search window) Edit, select all

press the delete button on your keyboard.

i might be too late, but it may have saved you a lot of time.

I myself don't have issues with album art in WMP 10 or I-tunes.

Except some album art not showing in I-tunes, but all of it does in WMP.

I have that problem now

Post by markofkane »

I have that error with I-tunes now, but its's only with 2 songs I downloaded.(it failed to download the album art) I tried to download album art from AMAZON, and entered it in "get info", but it doesn't work. I can kill the error message by hitting \ (or is it / ) on the keyboard. Following songs without album art won't show the error from then on, until you close and reopen I-tunes. No real big deal, but annoying.

I could just convert the files to play in WMP. Yes, there's a way.
