I am receiving a pop up notifcation of availables updates. How do I get the updates or turn the pop up off?

Is that updates for g-force itself ? i never knew g-force did that, erm yes i did
Shift+C is check annoymously for updates on /off
I'll come to bed once i've seen everything in G-Force.
