Programming API ?

I'm interested in the API.

I'd like to pipe G-force to multipel industrial display lasers, see if I can get it in '3D'. (Well I know I can

More to the point, programming goal is to control output device (Industrial Laser).

Key mentioned there was a VB/API at one point (I thought).
