When I try to use the EXTERAL VISUAL on QMP, the player freezes up. I have the visual panel with visuals and I still have music but everything eles on the player becomes unresponsive.

Version of media player: QMP 4.51a
Graphics hardware info: ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 What I'd like to know is, Is this problem a true BUG in 3.6 or is my QMP not working right? WHITECAP works just fine. Will someone please clue me in Thank You
I installed QMP just to see what would happen, the minute i tried to enlarge the vis window while running GF QMP froze.
with each new build of QMP they have changed something that always screws with GF so GF always has to be updated but never quite catches up because as soon as they do QMP gets an update again.
I suggest you use the standalone or use another more stable player like winamp or WMP.

update the latest version of GF is still not totally compatible with QMP
even though GF started when I tried to resize the vis window QMP froze and I had to stop it via the task bar.
I really dont think there is anything you can do aside from using a more compatable app like winamp.
Juxtiphi, THANK YOU for all your time and trouble. I got a post from andy today, he' aware of the problem and in communication with with QMP. I'll just have to wait and see. Anyway THANKS again you guys are great.
