No toolbar of any kind :-\

I've just purchased G-Force Platinum & haven't got a toolbar at all. Running os10.3.9 on G4 iBook & G-Force through iTunes.
Been through FAQs & Troubleshooting. Even tried it without Firewall running at all but made no difference, doh!
Any mac users out there who can advise please?

Think i've realised what the problem is... need to upgrade to os10.4. Any other advice would be much appreciated if my guess is wrong?
