Full Screen Exiting

I recently added a dual monitor video card to my setup. I was wondering if there was a way to lock or disable the full screen exit when the mouse is used. I looked into the boot script but only saw loines written about the escape key.

To be more specific I am using G-Force Platinum with a ATI RADEON 9000 dual monitor 64mb video card
