Wanted: Windows Developer

We're looking for an intelligent and motivated Windows software developer to join a small group of talented developers who are passionate and have been building exciting music visualization software for 5+ years. The individual will be responsible for assisting head development in technologies and theory spanning high performance graphics, Win32, and ATL COM. S/he will have a proven track record delivering high quality results.

Minimum Requirements:

- BS in computer science with a highly respectable GPA from a well-respected CS department.

- Highly experienced in C, C++, ATL COM, and Win32 development (we are *not* looking for SQL, PHP, Perl, Python, C#, J#, or Java skills).

- One or more personal and/or professional projects that demonstrate your abilities as an effective Windows developer.

- Personal pride, ownership, and concern for the quality and maintainability of your code.

- Two references with respectable credentials describing your quality of work and work ethic. One of these can be substituted for a project that is clearly distinguished (ex, open source project, shareware, a well known company technology).

This is a full time position for our office in Boston, MA although we will consider qualified part-time-desiring applicants. The candidate will be expected to come to the office regularly, but telecommuting 1-2 days per week is available. Salary will be based on experience and will be competitive, and full benefits will be offered.
