I've been a G-Force user for years and years. I just got a new Lenovo Thinkstation P3. I'm trying to get G-force to work on Windows Media Player and iTunes.
1. I downloaded the current G-Force and installed it
2. I used Tools & Plug-ins in WMP to select G-Force, but "Apply" isn't highlighted; I just clicked OK
3. I put some music on Windows Media Player. I brought up the G-Force toolbar and clicked a few things. A narrow band started playing on about 2 inches of the left side of my screen. I tried to expand the window. I got several big windows with visualizations traveling across my screen. Then all visualizations froze and I had to restart. I still can't make anything happen.
4. I can't even try iTunes- there don't seem to be any controls to get visualizations; looking online talks about Snow Leopard built-in visualizations; but I want G-Force.
Is there some other media player I should install that will solve these problems?
I've skipped dinner, and I should be in bed. This shouldn't be such a time-consuming nightmare. One of my incentives for getting my new Lenovo is that it would have the horsepower to really do great G-force. Please help me.

Re: New Computer: Help setting up visualizations in Windows Media Player and iTunes
I'm not sure what list you're talking about.
I uninstalled G-Force and re-installed it, just to see if there's some list I missed on my first installation. There's no list, it just did the installation and finished.
Windows Media Player shows G-Force under Plug-ins- Visualizations. I can highlight it, but Apply doesn't become available. it's greyed out. I just can click OK. Nothing happens. When I go to Now Playing, it just shows the Windows Media Player "Now Playing" screen and album info, no visualizations.
I started a ticket.

Hello NBachers
The list I refered to appears when installing G-Force, It shows the Media Players that G-Force is compatible with. You tick the one's that you want to work with the program.
Opening a support ticket is the way to go, AOM will respond directly to your ticket.
