Do you have the latest version of G-Force as well as the latest version of iTunes?

And if you have, make sure you go throught the following checklist:

1. If you're on an iMac or similar machine, make sure the Classic environment is off. As it is right now, G_Force is *unbelievably* CPU-intensive.

2. Any other intensive background activities that you don't need should also be turned off.

3. (BTW from the perspective of a Mac owner so please don't hurt me ;) ) If you're on Windows, try and see if any of your media players could be gumming up the works and maybe conflicting with iTunes. There are lotsa people here who can help with Windows issues.

4. Keep experimenting with iTunes if worse comes to worse. You may be having an issue with that.

At any rate, it's ultra- important to be as specific as possible with the problems you're having. The better you describe the issue, the easier we can walk you through it and fix things.

Hi, I just bought the Platinum version a few days ago and exactly the same thing has happened. The first day I used it it was OK with iTunes, now nothing happens when I try to launch it with iTunes - the screen flickers black and then shows the iTunes interface again.

I'm running it on Windows XP, SP2, 1Gb Ram, pentium IIII 2.8Ghz
Latest version of Gforce (3.0.1) & the latest version of iTunes (4.9.0)
I've uninstalled Gforce fully and re-booted and re-installed (twice) but with no joy. I've also tried re-installing iTunes.
I've tried disabling Anti-virus, firewalls etc. but to no avail :(

I was extremely impressed with it when it was working, and would appreciate any help. Also is there any chance of getting money back if it won't work?

Thanks in advance.

Does it work in standalone mode and with other media players?

What res is it trying to run at?

Is this only in full screen mode or does the windowed mode do this also?

Hi, yes, the standalone version works. When I have the Toolbar open and then play iTunes, the toolbar reports that 'no instances detected' for control applications. So it seems that Gforce isn't detecting iTunes.

The plug-in works fine with Winamp and WMP - it's just iTunes that it won't work with anymore. I haven't installed any applications or configured anything on the PC since I installed Gforce - I'm puzzled as to why it only worked for one day.

I've adjusted the resolution via the standalone version to various settings, including lower ones (800x600x8) and nothing fixes the problem.
