Is it possible to make our own Living Images?

Post by willrob »

During the beta test stage, the Living Images were not grouped into a library. Rather they were transparent images of the kind I might make in Photoshop. I didn't bother trying to make my own back then. Now the final release of Soft Skies is using sstome libraries and the images that were included in the early beta tests don't work; so I assume any image I might create won't either. Can the Living Images be augmented?

Yeah, I brought this up earlier...

The 1.1 beta once again lets us drop .png's with transparent backgrounds in the Living Images/User Images folder... Cool... 8)

Can't wait for the final build! :D

Hi,
I like to have my Standalone Skies on "Sky Library" Random.

However every time the sky changes, I get text at top center that says, "Sky Library > Random".

I know, I picked that. ;D

How do I get rid of that repeating text?

sounds like you are in Verbose mode which lets info be seen at the top of the screen.

To turn off verbose mode hit the \ key and it should disappear.

Hey guys,

We actually have an FAQ article about this, in case you haven't seen it.
