Just to satisfy my own curiosity, Just downloaded and re-installed GF v4.2 from SS site and, toolbar problem is still there.....Which does seem to indicate, v4.2 had "Never" been removed ....One of lives little mystery's....Not to worry, we're all happy now ....All's well, that ends well

They assured me (and I believe them) that there was nothing nefarious going on here, and while it shouldn't have happened as I describe they nevertheless appreciate my long-time patronage and support for the product, and apologize for any confusion or anomaly that may have occurred during those few days. It certainly was not intentional on their part, if I did experience the problems I describe.
