I've been a Loyal Soundspectrum member for over 5 years or more
Now Regarding G-force platinum,
Some are probably wondering when will gforce 4 be released, since there is not even beta testing yet at all for any new versions of anything SS, dec 2009? jan 2010? feb 2010? march 2010?
WE should really protest and run a raffle, if you get a reply from support, an extra half a ticket!
Ive used it on xp home and xp pro 32 bit
Ive used it on Vista Ultmate 32 Bit
I'm now running G-Force on a HP Pavillion a6160a
Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit an NOW 64 Bit
512 MB Nvidia 9800GTX+ (with new drivers almost monthly: www.nvidia.com )
For System Random Access Memory i use 4GB (soon to be 8gb) RAM
23" Samsung SyncMaster 2333 (60 hertz)
Nvidia Ge-Force graphics cards can now also run 3d Discover or 3d Vision (i think its models 8600 and above)
Hoenstly his forum is littered with critical bugs, errors and people experiencing problems, the fact G-force does not fully work with windows 7 media center on my pc is enough to make me frustrated., as a paying platinum customer of all three products (whitecap + g-force + softskies)
But when you see for weeks and weeks on end here in the forum that many (if not dozens or hundreds) have problems with G-Force now using Itunes, Snow Leopard updates making g-force incompatible and WinAMP newer release versions plugin imcompatibility, we must all begin to wonder (what exactly do they define as a years worth of free updates - refer to the version histories and the last 12 months were much less official updates compared to all the years before (2005-2008)
Lets all Send them a ticket to support, all at the same time and see if they still have any decency or morale to reply to all licensed customers and potential buyers)
Thanks from Alf ,

you obviously dont read the forum as dont many others. you have no idea what it takes to make GF work on constantly shifting OS and media players, and you have no idea of whether or not they are working diligently on a fix or not.
GF is not your daddy's Music Vis its a very complicated program and there are reasons GF wont work with snowleopard and certain macs but you wouldnt know that because you dont bother to read the forum or the faq.
from the faq
Is G-Force compatible with Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)?
G-Force can be used as a Standalone application and as a plug-in to your media player (eg. iTunes) on the new Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard), and if you have an older Intel Mac with the 32-bit version of the OS X 10.6 kernel installed then you should have full access to the G-Force screen saver. However, if you have a more recent Intel Mac with the 64-bit version of the OS X 10.6 kernel installed, please note that Apple no longer supports the running of 32-bit screen saver modules in this environment. This unfortunately means that the G-Force screen saver, as well as almost every other third-party screen saver previously available for Mac OS X, is currently not compatible with this version of OS X. Since the development time needed to provide compatibility on this platform is daunting, and since this development time is multiplied by the numerous other software developers affected by this situation, we have filed an engineering feature request with the Apple development team so that they may hopefully address 32-bit screen saver support in a future update to OS X 10.6.

Gee' thanks for taking the time to answer the situation, and you're right, i know very little about MAc OS and Snow Leopard
But hey, hows about one reliable source or support member let any of us know when g-force 4 (with support for windows 64-bit media centre in windows 7) and full screen resolutions actually going to take place
Its okay for Andy to post in Nov / Dec 2009 that is coming in Dec 2009 or Jan 2010, but it now almost March???
Go figure, ive even seen posts from a SS commerical license owner who cannot even get a response from support or any clarifications on fixes, affecting their business becasue they can't use the product without issues.
Its okay to make excuses for SS now and then because they are a small company, but isnt it time for an updated post from Andy regarding his G-Force 4 upcoming release posted last year, since nothing has been posted by him himself for three or four months after, at all
Considering Windows 7 was beta tested and pre-released and came out more than 3 months ago, why are there such long extended delay times for full usability to function for media center users with windows 7 (especially 64-bit), no fix yet either for some winamp'ers who ugraded to a newer release number.
The post of G-Force 4 supporting Windows 7, FullScreen resolution, Windows Media Center and more is important to all of us.
I wouldn't promise my customers products and not deliver without any explainations or updates, tricky stumbling blocks or reasons for delay?
Take care, I hope this addressed by management and not someone who thinks G-Force is My daddys vis,
My father passed away from heart attacks a week before christmas 2009, maybe be more considerate when personalising your responses directly at people

take it easy, the expression your daddy's anything has nothing to do with your father and I had no idea he had passed seeing as I dont know you from a hole in the wall and I am sorry to hear that but you know exactly what I meant by that , i.e. its not a simple vu meter like the first vis were.
there are no people moderating this forum from soundspectrum, its maintained by volunteers who have nothing to do with the company.
They do check in here from time to time and I am sure they are very aware of all your problems. just because you haven't heard back from them in this forum doesn't mean they aren't working as hard as they can to get things right.
If you have a beef with Soundspectrum open another ticket and tell them you want your money back. If that doesn't work open a class action law suit and get it back that way.

ozbeats and others,
We try to make clear that this forum is not officially monitored by SoundSpectrum (we have a ticket system for that), so please don't mistake any lack of SoundSpectrum's presence here with SoundSpectrum not being interested in what our customers have to say about our products (good or bad). This purpose of this forum is simply to allow SoundSpectrum users to easily communicate with each other.
Folks here such as juxtiphi that are taking their own time to offer helpful comments or suggestions to users. They are under no obligation or compensation to post anything, so please regard their assistance as positive as the issue at hand lies outside their control. It sounds like you're already on the same page there, but I thought I'd mention this to others who may be temped to rush to judgement.
As for G-Force 4 comments, I will be making a post shortly to being everyone up to date.
Thanks,
Andy
