GForce on HDTV
I would like to listen to music and view Gforce on my HDTV, but I don't know how to set it up (or even if it is possible) without having my PC right next to the TV. I have an HP m7470n Media Center PC (Windows XP) in my basement connected to a Siemens Gigaset SE576 gateway router. I ran an ethernet cable (Cat5e) from the router upstairs to a Directv HR22-100 HD DVR, which is connected to a 46" Sony HDTV (KDLW4100) and a Sony Bluray BDPS350. The TV does have an RGB and audio PC input. Does anyone know if it is possible, and if so, how to modify my existing setup to listen to music and view Gforce through my HDTV? I was looking into getting a Digital Media Receiver (DMR), which apprently will allow me to view photos and video and listen to audio through the TV, but I don't know if that will allow me to also view Gforce. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

as far as I know there is no way to use an ethernet cable but there is a page showing how to do it,Mr. Bentley wrote:I would like to listen to music and view Gforce on my HDTV, but I don't know how to set it up (or even if it is possible) without having my PC right next to the TV. as far as I know you need to use your video card to send video to your tv if your video card does not have svideo or hdmi or component ( if your videocard only has s video you can get an svideo to component adaptor cable )
as for the dmr its the same you need to have video and audio outs to plug into the dmr then you connect the out of the dmr to your tv
