DONT BUY THIS CRAP

Worked for two days reinstalled dissabled graphics acccelerater nothing, I should have read all the problems in the forums, after a couple of e-mails complaing I got a 2 repies till i asked for a refund then NOTHING no reply.
I will be compainig to Microsoft as well because thats where the link came from, the media player, even this text box does't work properly, this is my second attempt to post and can't change font colour or size,
STAY AWAY, I hate being ripped off !!!!!!!!

I'm sure you'll get your money back if you ask nicely and if you actually read the posts here you'll find that 9 out of 10 people who had some kind problem are still satisfied with GF and you would also know that andy bends over backwards to fix any problems that arise and has infact made many fixxes. II'm sorry you feel ripped off but I dont think you could find any one else here that feels that way.

Our apologies for the delay in getting back to your ticket. It's definitely a snafu on our part--after the original support engineer has exhausted all the possible attempts to resolve your issue, he handed the ticket off to a colleague in case he had any other ideas. The colleague was out of the office for a couple of days and hence didn't get back to you right away, when you posted this message. Anyway, I can assure you we are not trying to ignore you and as we said in the ticket, we'll happily refund your purchase. Thanks.
