Want to use primary monitor to control secondary*Blk Screen

Post by Vfire77 »

I see some others have had similar problems. I want to have my Macbook Pro screen running the Toolbar so my Vj can adjust to the nights program onthe fly. This is for a a live club show. My secondary monitor will be a projector.

When I enter full screen the one monitor is black the one I want to control the Toolbar with.

Is there a work around.

What about controling it remotley from anther computer??? How do u do that, I've seen no documentation for that.

if you want to have to seperate monitors running GF you need to set your desktop settings to dual view that way GF can been seen on one screen while controling it from another.

I think my Mac book pro can only do Mirror and Extended desktop, which seems to black out the screen, you are saying that my Mac needs a third view of "dual monitor"?

I wonder if there is a work around

If you are using GF for a live show ? You must be using a professional license and if so why not use 1 pc as the control panel and another as the display. Using the remote network function?
