Hello I just purchased the platinum version of whitecap, and the standalone version is not working.
I followed the instructions to make sure i have the correct drivers for my sound card which is a M-audio delta card and everything is working i see the option in the audio input source of white cap however there is no response, I also boosted the sound response and the preamp scale but the signal is not being recognized.
Standalone is the reason i bought the product, so any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated....Thanks
