I'm not really bothered about this, but thought I'd mention it.
Today I'm upgrading my WhiteCap Platinum, so brought up my original license email. The email was received on the 27th of November,
after my paypal payment had cleared.
However the email states that my updates will continue until
the 17th, which I guess is the day I originally requested the purchase.
It seems like I've lost 10 days ;-)

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We'll make a change in our processing system to account for prolonged payment clearances. Please open a support ticket if you'd like to get the 10 "lost" days back. Also, these forums are not officially monitored, so you may want to open a ticket next time--it could have been a while before someone at SoundSpectrum saw your post here.
