I, for one, would not mind a delay of start, when manually activating a sprite, if that would fix the stutter.
Utilizing video sprites really brings GForce into the realm of the "best of" in the arena of VJ software, however this stutter, is like a stumble at the gate.
More manual control of sprites (position, rotation, inversion, cloning, etc.) along with flowfield modification of sprites, would blow Arkaos out of the water.
