Error 55013 on standalone g-force player

Post by XSnPX »

Hi all,

I have looked to get an answer for this on the forum and was unable to find one.

I am coherently using the most up to date G-force Platinum version downloaded today.

When I normally use the standalone with a source like WMP or other it works by selecting the microphone for example and it will work.

I also use Virtual DJ v6.0.1 with a Hercules RMX controller.

When i open the standalone player and i select either via shift "A" the Line "Hercules DJ Console RMX" Master Volume - nothing happens and if i select it via the right click drop down i get the error 55013.

I use a sony Vaio FZ21M laptop and would love if anyone would be able to help so the sound is recognisable with G-Force.

The controller is connected via USB and RCA outputs form the controller to the amp.

Any help would be most welcomed.

Thank you very much

Ben.

ICBW but I would say that the audio driver is not being recognized by GF

for a better explanation than I can give open a support ticket with soundspectrum.

tell them what your problem is and what you use to play music
