hey all like many people i like to try things like this program before i purchace it. i am however running into a small problem with GF installed it prevents access to any other visualization (WMP11). I cannot change or even access any other list of visualization. generally one would right click on the wmp screen for an option to change to a different visualization but the GF controlls/menu has overriden/replaced the WMP rightclick tools/menu. now i uninstalled it and everything was back to normal but upon reinstalling GF automatically sets itself up as the automatic and only accessable visual. if there is a fix for this i would be glad to hear it as i perused the forums and didnt see any topics that looked like this particular problem.
the program works great and i congradulate you and an awesom visual effects but i would like to use some of my other visualizations and with GF installed i cant do that.
here is my system specs
Gateway Notebook 7422GX
XP home fully updated
2.2GHz mobile processor Athlon 64bit
1gig ram
radeon mobility graphics 9600
plenty of Hard drive space
blah blah blah
any ideas on the problem or how to fix it? other than this quirk GF runs great without a hitch

Did you try switching over to the "Library" tab, then choose the viz? (under the now playing tab) for some odd reason, WMP freezes when I switch to Softskies from another viz in "Now Playing" mode. But if I switch to library mode, then select Softskies, then switch back to "Now Playing" it works. (WMP has a lot of bugs)
well i tried that but if there is a way to swich you will have to tell me how. there is no right click popup menu in the "library" tab and if you click on the upper menus>tools/plugins/options... i have never been able to choose a visualization way. i can click on each one but the "apply" button never becomes highlighted inorder to change it. that little window is a useless list as i am not big into plugins and so the visualizations list is the only one that displays anything of importance all other categories are blank.
any other idea or should i just uninstall GF and leave it alone?

Ah-Ha! hmm ok i figgured out what you were trying to tell me i didnt know that one could change viz. under the little tab arrows... yes that works but i would still like to see a "right click" menu to change vizuals. i think that overriding the standard menue options so completly throws me through a loop. I try to keep my systems simple and not to aquire too much "weight" cause simetimes programs dont like eachother. (eg ICQ [at least an older version i dont know if the current version fixed the issue]and the hibernation function never got along well... if Icq was up and my comp went into hibernation it would cut sound from the system at wakeup. i had to actually restart the system when i wanted sound back. took me 2 months to figgure that out)
well any way problem seems solved thanks for the tip!

YES THIS HAPPENS!
but there is an easy way to fix this...
when g-force is running, you can't right click for the list of visuals right?
but if you switch to any mini player, you can run the visuals through that and either the arrows will be on the visual box to switch the visual, or you can right click and change them
