On the MacOSX version of the second beta released yesterday, when I use the toolbar to go to full screen, the screen turns white and stays that way. I need to restart iTunes or switch to another vizualizer to get G-Force to work again; but only after deselecting Full Screen. Once it goes into Full Screen mode, wehter from the toolbar or selected manually in iTunes, the screen goes white.
This may be relaed to my selecting a true full screen size in the tool bar. If I leave the screen size set to default, I don't have this problem. But then I don't get a true full screen: I get the leterboxed look—although this version of it is unique; instead of black bars, the letterboxing picks up the color from the colormap background. Soo you don't notice at first that it's letterboxed; a waveshape has to stretch to the edge of the box before you notice it's clipped off.
The new toolbar is a bit confusing: I liked the red color for the locked configs—black and blue don't work visually—they're too close in color. Also I don't think the new icons are that helpfull.

Re: beta 2 White Screen problem
I've noticed the same full white screen problem when dragging a G-Force 3.5 window across multiple displays. If I drag the window to the size of three 800x600 displays (i.e. 2400x600) I get a white screen. If I drag to the size of two 800x600 displays (i.e. 1600x600) I do get a visualization but at about 1 fps.willrob wrote:On the MacOSX version of the second beta released yesterday, when I use the toolbar to go to full screen, the screen turns white and stays that way. I have none of these problems with a 2400x600 window with G-Force 3.1.
