NO Screenshots

I,m using Wmp 11 and I cannot get a screenshot.
I have tryed every way to do it.
I even changed the dir to my documents and still nothing
it worked using 3.57 now with 3.60 it don't , whats up with that.
Anyone else having this problem.

This problem should no longer occur if you download and install G-Force 3.6.1.
