I have been using G-force for several years. After I upgraded to platinum, I can no longer get it in MC11. I can't get Media Center 11.0 to recognize Platinum not in the menu choice. It does show the internal visuilations that come packed with the program. G-Force works fine with Windows Media Player and I-Tunes player. I have uninstalled both MC 11 and G-Force and re-installed and restarted the machine each timebut no luck. Any ideas.

Yes. G-Force doesn't show up at all in Media Centre 11 latest version.

I've talked with Matt Ashland over at J River, and G-Force 3.1.2 should be good to go, so if you're still having problems, it's possible that you have some leftovers from a previous beta install of Media Center. Backup your music db and do a JRMC reinstall (yes, i know it sucks, but all I can say is that the current version of GF has been tested w/ MC 11, and I personally witnessed a machine thay had to have it cleanly reinstalled for GF to work).

This may sound silly but if you just upgraded your MC11 software, then you have to re-install G-force before it will become an option in MC.

Just try re-installing G-force again.

I even went into the registry and deleted the entries for G-force in the Windows registry. I am out of ideas. G-Force still works beautifully with I-tunes and Winows Media Player. My primary player is the JRMC and where I want this program to run. I want to have this working so badly. Can you help?

i'm having the same problem. i upgraded from trial to gold and MC crashes everytime i switch to g-force. i even tried reverting to the g-force trial version (after complete un-installs of both MC and g-force) and no luck.

We have no problem giving a refund if you are having problems. However, if can wait one more week for G-Force 3.5.5, we can see if that fixes the problem.
