G-Force Crashes Itunes

Subject: Bug Report - brief description of problem:

I just purchased and Installed G-Force Platinum v3.9.3. It runs fine as screen saver, but crashes when I start it in Itunes and also crashes when I try and run it as standalone.

it looks like GF should work for you.

try uninstalling GF completely. This means deleteing the soundspectrum folder found in c: your documents/user name/application data/soundspectrum.

make sure you delete that folder and restart your machine and try and reinstall GF again. This has worked for others in the past.

If it doesnt get you going open a support ticket with soundspectrum you'll get better help from them than from here.

Thanks juxtiphi, I tried your suggestion with the same crash results. I'll open a ticket.
