Multimonitor Fullscreen & Winamp

Post by Lawrence »

I have emailed this to support - also posting here for any suggestions:

I have G-Force Platimun 3.8.5 installed and I am using this with the latest Winamp (5.541). I have a dual monitor setup. When I have G-Force running in window mode on monitor 1 and Winamp on monitor 2 I am able to use my left mouse button to select songs in Winamp's playlist, use the track time selection slider in Winamp etc.

However, if I run G-Force fullscreen on monitor 1 and try to use the left mouse button in Winamp on monitor 2 (e.g. to try to select a new song from the playlist or use the track time selection slider) I can't. This is a major problem!

I have read on the forums that a fix was provided where clicking on monitor 2 would minimise G-Force on monitor 1. By fixing that issue I think you have now introduced this current problem where the left mouse button can't be used in Winamp if it is running on the other screen to G-Force in fullscreen.

Please can this issue be fixed?

This has to do more with the way winamp works than with GF

to get around this use the stand alone and set it to listen to the wav or what you hear option

Eh..? Then why exactly do previous versions not have this problem? This is just a regression bug.
