Hello. I'm using G-Force Platinum 3.75 with an M-Audio Delta 2496 sound card. The problem is that in stand alone mode the option to choose the internal sound mixer is not available in GF. GF only gives me the option to choose external inputs on the sound card or it's own input (high energy, chill etc).
On my laptop I am able to select the main mixer and get GF to respond to *all* sounds played on it. (regardless of media player)
But for some reason on my desktop PC, GF does not recognize the internal sound mixer & does not give me the option to choose it. I've already tried uninstalling & reinstalling GF. Any help appreaciated. Thanx.

it is possible that your soundcard is not supported by GF which is usually the case when you dont see any other sound options when selecting a source.tan_vampire wrote:Hello. GF shows the options to choose
1. Delta AP 1/2 line in (rca analog in)
2. Delta AP Monitor line in (seems like this one should do the trick but it doesn't)
3. Delta AP SPDIF line in (digital line in)
So GF is reading the card but for some reason not internally (just it's external inputs)
BTW I have responsiveness turned all the way up.
I'm content at this point to think it's a glitch between the card driver & GF.
(I have the latest SC drivers)
FYI, Windows sound config & media players are reading the card fine.

Ok I got it.
After replying to your post I tried something that fixed it.
I configured my "default recording device" in Windows Sound config to
be my sound card's monitor. (it *was* set to be the card's external line in).
Now when I select the card's monitor within GF as the input source
it is responsive. (whereas before it wasn't)
Thanks for the reply.
