No Communication with Toolabr

Post by blitzvonfrantic »

Everytime I try to open my toolbar it states it is unable to communicate with the toolbar. I have added all gforce as trusted programs and even tried to run it with my firewall disabled. It seems that no matter what I do it can not get past McAfee to communicate. I even tried to delete it and reinstall. This is crazy I love this product but it has not worked for 2 months.

try this,

first make sure you have the current version of GF, if not update

try uninstalling GF again this time make sure you delete the soundspectrum folder thats in the application date folder located in c:\documents and settings\your user name\application data folder. if the old prefs file is still there when you reinstall it might cause GF to have an error.

If that doesn't help contact support and tell them your problem.
