Bug Report - 3.7b2 Use External Folder Broken again.

Detailed Description of Bug
After upgrading to 3.7b2 Images switched back to the default set.
Clicking "Use External Folder" lets me select an external folder,
but it won't switch to using the external folder.

Description of How to Replicate Bug
Try to use an external folder for images.
