I got my license through Musicmatch, and can't get windows media player to recognize it.

Did you purchase G-Force Gold for Musicmatch, or G-Force Platinum? G-Force Gold for Musicmatch will only work with Musicmatch, whereas G-Force Platinum will install for both Musicmatch and WMP. If you need more help, please e-mail support directly.
