Where did my renewal notice go?

Morning all,

Do we not receive renewal notices any more? By pure chance (email spring cleaning) I noticed that my GForce license would expire next week.

I was sure I used to get a reminder 30 days beforehand?

My Aeon license is about to end too, and I have not received a reminder for that either....

and, yes, I have checked the spam folder of my mail account. There's nothing in it (from soundspectrum).

Hi,

my G-Force license expires Aug, 05 2015. I got no email, too!

I'm very surprised, 'cause evertyhing was well with my three licenses the last years.

Hopefully they're not in trouble

G'day Marko and Helibaby,

If by chance you are still within the grace period you can visit the SoundSpectrum 'Support' menu and click the 'Renew License' link in the sub-menu.

From the 'Renew License' page you will be able to enter you current license code and email details to proceed and see if you are eligible for and want to renew your license(s) - of course individually... at present

I did that already, my question is, do we need to track the expiry dates ourselves now?

Previously, I have always relied upon the reminder emails from Soundspectrum. I am sure they used to come in the last 30 days of the license, but this year, they have not been received?

There are some changes taking place at SoundSpectrum. Please read the following information posted by Andy.
