Hello All
For Platinum users on the beta testing list:
*** G-Force 5.1.5b1 is now available
- Inserted workaround for ATI driver bug on older Macs that was causing white squares to be displayed in track text animation.
- Addressed installer permissions and compatibility issues under OS 10.5.
- Cosmetic edits to 'Basic' track animation

Hello again, Direwolf!
Yes, we were just talking about making some new scenes yesterday! But, are you aware that you can create your own scenes inside of G-Force?
- https://www.soundspectrum.com/g-force/D ... mming.html
- http://www.soundspectrum-forums.com/vie ... php?t=6545
- https://www.soundspectrum.com/g-force/D ... pting.html
G-Force's unlimited customization is one of it's strongest features. Check it out!

Although I thoroughly AGREE with your post, there are things that could be done to encourage more user participation.
Writing Configs have proven to be more of an effort than most are willing to expend (but WORTH it, I might add). Scripting (associating Particles, Color schemes, etc. with WShapes is a good first step.)
Some Suggestions
Scripting Language extentions:
- Allow[now + time offset] ; ".+offset" script timing specifications
- Allow random config selection within a set.
- Allow scripts to be shuffled along with Waveshapes slideshow.

Hello All
This is probably the easiest way to learn about WaveShapes and FlowFields:
Documented Configs
Below are two configs included with G-Force that contain important documentation.
G-Force/FlowFields/Linear Spread.txt
G-Force/WaveShapes/Rotating Corridor.txt

@BTT
Yes I am aware you can make your own scenes, If only I had the time.
My current job doesn't give me much free time. As it is I spend my days coding.
But this is why I give sound spectrum 100$ a year, In the hopes they make some
SS is like the only game in town now for visualizations so I support in the way that I can.

Hello Frank
I am confused by you saying "The video and the documentation are the same thing.". The video is viewed, documentation I can print out for reference at any time to help others without the need to run a video. Will the video be available for download or only viewable at SoundSpectrum's website?. Having a memory problem if I view the video I will have forgotten the 'how to do this' but with documentation I would be able to refer to details at any time. I am not trying to make your life difficult rather trying to make my life easier, because as you know juxtiphi, jerhom and myself are the only members that offer help and advice to other users.

Hopefully there will be both, A video for those like myself who learn through watching and a concise documentation for those who dont need a video.BTT wrote:Hello Frank

Although I have played around with the theme editor I do not like the way it works. It is too convoluted where as the toolbar was simplicity to the max.
